We assist our clients in the drafting of the sales prospectus and the contractual documentation of the fund and accompany our clients through the entire regulatory approval process, including the structuring of the contractual relationship between the investment fund and its service providers.
Regarding the operational and management aspects of the funds, we provide corporate secretarial services to the various structures, and advise on any substance-related matters. Our extensive experience in debt financing allows us to cover the legal aspects related to the financing of the investment structures.
We also provide assistance in the registration of Luxembourg public funds in other EU Member States and the registration of foreign funds in Luxembourg. We act for clients with respect to listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and provide expertise regarding the requirements imposed by the Prospectus Directive in relation to the listing and public offering of securities.
