Michèle Eisenhuth is a Partner in the Investment Management practice and Co-Chair of Arendt. She has a deep expertise on regulatory issues related to the setup and functioning of UCITS, alternative investment funds and investment fund management companies.
Over her 30 years career at Arendt, Michèle has represented large international asset management groups in their fund structuring and complex reorganisation operations.
