Corinne Prinz is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach where specialises in regulated investment funds with a focus on UCITS and open-ended AIF. She primarily advises clients on the regulatory, corporate and organisational aspects of the formation, structuring, re-structuring, marketing and ongoing operations of liquid investment funds. Corinne focuses on undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and alternative investment funds and their managers under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). She specialises in UCITS KIIDs and PRIIPs KIDs.
