Yves Lacroix is a Partner in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He advises international clients on the structuring of private funds and SMAs and their operations in the private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate investment space.
Yves also advises international clients in their design and organisation of alternative investment management operations in Luxembourg (e.g. through AIFM set-up or other structures).
He serves as a non-executive board member of a select number of corporate entities providing them with his ongoing support and expertise in the design and implementation of their investment programs and operations.
