Arendt & Medernach advised Elikonos Capital, a Greek private equity manager, as lead counsel on the structuring, launching, negotiations and closing process of Elikonos 3 S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, a EUR 200 million Luxembourg alternative investment fund (Elikonos 3).
Elikonos 3 will invest in Greek SMEs and small mid-caps with strong growth potential, an export-oriented profile, and experienced management teams. The fund provides growth capital alongside hands-on strategic support.
The closings were supported by leading institutional investors, including the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HDBI), the European Investment Fund (EIF), and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), as well as other institutional and private investors with a long-standing presence in the Greek and European markets.
