Arendt & Medernach advises Kroll in the sale of its Luxembourg Super Manco to Vistra

Arendt acted as lead counsel to Kroll, the leading independent global risk and financial advisory solutions firm, in the sale of Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company, a leading Luxembourg “Super ManCo”, to Vistra Holdings.

Following the initial public announcement of the deal in December last year and the necessary regulatory approvals, the transaction successfully closed in May.
