Astrid Wagner is a partner, heading the IP, Communication & Technology practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She is specialised in the areas of data protection and privacy, data compliance, cybersecurity and ICT resilience, TMT, artificial intelligence, commercial contracts, e-commerce, consumer protection, the full spectrum of IP rights (trademarks, patents, designs and copyright), advertising, unfair competition and product regulation.
In addition to her advisory and transactional expertise, Astrid Wagner represents her clients in litigation cases.
Astrid Wagner further handles corporate and commercial law matters, advising operational companies on their establishment in Luxembourg.
- She holds a Master’s degree in law as well as a DESS degree in comparative law from the Université de Droit, d’Economie et des Sciences d’Aix-Marseille III (France).

- Astrid is a member of several ICT focused professional associations, such as the International Bar Association where she serves as an officer of the Technology Law Committee and acts as co-chair of the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics sub-committee, the ITechLaw and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
