Arendt & Medernach acted as Luxembourg counsel to CVC on the establishment and launch of its private equity secondaries evergreen platform.
The platform launched with a substantial seed portfolio contributed by a cornerstone investor, who contributed a portion of it’s existing private equity portfolio. This will provide immediate scale and a seed portfolio for CVC’s private equity secondaries evergreen strategy.
