Caroline Partoune is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in both national and international tax structuring for corporate entities and private investment funds, including private equity, real estate and debt funds. She advises funds on specific investment and operational issues such as their carried interest and fee structuring.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, she worked as a tax advisor with one of the Big Four firms in Luxembourg, where she mainly advised on holding and financing activities and cross-border corporate reorganisations.
She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
She is also a member of the Young Private Equity Leaders (YPEL) sub-group of the LPEA Tax Committee.
She holds a Master’s in Management Sciences from HEC Liège, a Master’s in Law from the University of Liège, as well as an advanced Master’s in Tax Law from the University of Liège (Belgium).
