Arendt advised CVC Secondary Partners on all Luxembourg law aspects of the final close of CVC Secondary Opportunities Fund VI (SOF VI), which secured aggregate capital commitments of around USD 10 billion from a broad, global investor base of over 200 institutional LPs. SOF VI operates in the growing private equity secondaries mid-market and focuses on buyout fund positions managed by established GPs. The fundraising reflects an increasing investor appetite for global private equity secondaries.
