Arendt acted as Luxembourg legal counsel for Norvestor in connection with the structuring and final close of its flagship fund, Norvestor X SCSp (“Norvestor X”).

Norvestor X has closed oversubscribed at EUR 2 billion hard cap, exceeding its EUR 1.8 billion target. Norvestor X received exceptional support from both existing and new institutional investors, reflecting continued conviction in Norvestor’s strategy, team and value-creation capabilities.
