Sascha Wiemann is a Senior Associate in the Tax practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He focuses on the tax structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds across all asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure and debt funds.
He also handles a broad range of international tax matters, from M&A and corporate restructurings to capital markets transactions.
- Sascha studied at the University of Bayreuth (Germany). After completing the first (2016) and second (2018) German State Examinations in law, he then obtained an LL.M. in Tax Law at Queen Mary University of London (UK).
- He has been a member of the German Bar since 2020 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2021.
- Prior to rejoining the firm in 2026 (having previously worked at Arendt from 2020 to 2024), Sascha worked in the Luxembourg offices of an international law firm and of a German-headquartered law firm, where he gained extensive experience in regulatory and fund structuring matters.
