EU Financial & Competition Law

Our EU Financial & Competition Law team has extensive expertise in European law and advises a broad range of clients in both the public and private sectors, at domestic and international level.

We regularly provide advice to clients in all sectors of the economy, as well as EU institutions and bodies, state-owned companies, national public bodies and ministries, in Luxembourg and abroad.
We act for our clients in dealings with the EU Commission, as well as with national competition authorities (in particular the Autorité de la concurrence, the Luxembourg Competition Authority) and other EU and national competent authorities.
Finally, we represent clients before national courts (mainly in Luxembourg), as well as before the Court of Justice of the EU, several lawyers in our practice having served as legal secretaries (référendaires) at the Court of Justice (and at the General Court) before joining Arendt.
