Arendt assisted the Corporate Venture Capital unit of Deutsche Börse (“DB1 Ventures”) as lead investor in the Series A funding of Next Gate Tech

Arendt & Medernach advised the DB1 Ventures in the EUR 8 million funding round of Next Gate Tech, a Luxembourg fintech.
The funds, which were also raised with the continued support of existing investors (NewAlpha Asset Management, Volta Ventures, Expon Capital and Seed X) are expected to accelerate the development of the firm’s data management, insights and analytics solutions which help asset managers and fund administrators, and depository banks streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
This fundraising is an opportunity for Arendt to assert itself as a legal adviser in the Venture Capital funding and start-up world.
