Our experts Piotr Giemza-Popowski, Partner in the Investment Management practice, and Emilie Ramponi, Director in the Governance Service line of Arendt Investor Services, joined by Yvon Lauret, Partner Adeis and an independent director with extensive experience at both fund and management company level, will explore the latest governance developments including:
