Magali Plazis is a Manager at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting.

She has joined the Investment Funds business unit of the law firm Arendt & Medernach (A&M) in 2008 and has started to work for Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in the fund distribution sector in 2012.

She handles a series of large clients with worldwide distribution of multiple investment funds/classes that she advises and assists in UCITS and AIF passporting, registration and cross-border registration. She also advises her clients in distribution matters in general as well as in the review of the marketing documentation of funds, to make sure of the compliance of the information relayed for the investors and that the documentation is also meeting the local requirements.

Magali holds a Master of Laws’ degree in European Law from the University of Lincoln (United Kingdom) and a professional master's degree in Political Sciences from the University of Aix-Marseille III – Sciences Po Aix (France).
