Tatiana Attard Montalto is a Quality Control and Fund Liquidations Expert at Arendt Investor Services.
Within Arendt Investor Services from 2017 until 2023, Tatiana was working at a DACH Market Department with a focus on German speaking RE/ PE clients, as well as on the listed SPAC companies’ structures. Since 2024 Tatiana has joined the division of Quality Control at Arendt Investor Services, focusing on quality review, coordination of complex transactional matters and liquidations. Tatiana acts as a board member on various structures.
Tatiana holds a Master of Law Degree, LL.M. from the University of Trier, Germany and Master of Law Degree from the Academy of Justice, Moscow, Russia
Tatiana has over 10 years of Legal and Corporate experience in Luxembourg. Out of Luxembourg, Tatiana was working in a banking institution as an in-house Lawyer, acting as a legal representative in civil and arbitration claims and occupied in solving various licensing and legal matters of banking activity. Initially, Tatiana began her professional legal career as a judge assistant in a court system occupied in both civil and criminal procedures.
