Lucile
Dos Santos
Senior Associate
Lucile Dos Santos is a Senior Associate in the Tax Law practice of Arendt & Medernach. She advises on national and international tax issues, focusing on private equity and real estate transactions as well as the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds.
Lucile also advises clients on issues arising out of the requirements for and implementation of ongoing compliance with automatic exchange of information regulations (e.g. FATCA/CRS and DAC6).
Lucile started her career at Arendt & Medernach. She later worked in the Tax Law practice of another top-tier law firm in Luxembourg, before ultimately deciding to return.
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, and has been admitted to practice in Luxembourg under her French professional title since 2019.
Lucile holds a Master's in Tax Law as well as a Master’s in Financial Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
