Sybille Nieuwenhuys is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Clients practices of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in corporate law, transactional business law, wealth structuring and family governance.

Sybille advises major international and domestic companies on structuring and financing international transactions, mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations and refinancings. She also assists private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs, both at national and international level, with global wealth structuring.

She is a member of the Brussels Bar.

Sybille graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and holds an advanced Master’s (LL.M.) from Queen Mary University of London (United Kingdom). She also completed an Art Law program at the Université de Genève (Switzerland).

Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Sybille spent several years working at major law firms in Brussels in the areas of corporate, civil law and wealth management.
