Berg
Senior Associate
Tom Berg is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity, real estate and debt funds.
He advises on ongoing fund operations, fund formation and structuring, regulatory compliance and fund distribution for regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a wide range of investment strategies.
Tom is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (Liste 2).
He holds a Master’s in business law from Aix-Marseille Université (France) and an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law from the University of Luxembourg.
Languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish, Spanish.
