Thibaut
Riscatto
Senior Associate
Thibaut Riscatto is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He focuses exclusively on the impact investing industry, climate and social impact projects and microfinance.
Thibaut advises domestic and international clients on the structuring of Luxembourg alternative investment vehicles and on the corporate, organisational, ongoing operational and transactional aspects of Luxembourg investment funds and management companies. He also advises on the set-up of securitisation vehicles.
Thibaut is a trainer on the International Climate Finance Accelerator (ICFA Luxembourg) and on the Certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance at the University of Luxembourg.
He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2020.
Thibaut holds a Master’s in International and European business law (Juriste d’affaires international et européen) from the Université Nancy 2 (Université de Lorraine) (France).
