Repa
Senior Associate
Milic Repa is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises global asset managers and institutional clients on the structuring and operations of alternative investment funds with a wide range of investment strategies (including private equity, debt, seeding and infrastructure) and on associated topics, such as Luxembourg corporate and regulatory matters.
Milic holds law degrees from the Université de Strasbourg (France), the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), IHEID (Switzerland) and the University of Pennsylvania (USA). He also holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics (UK).
Milic is a member of the Luxembourg Bar, the Paris Bar, and the New York Bar.
