Sokolov
Counsel
Alexander Sokolov is a Counsel in the Private Clients and the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practices of Arendt & Medernach.
He primarily assists private clients, family offices and entrepreneurs at the national and international level with global wealth structuring. Alexander also has significant experience advising private and institutional clients on fund-related, regulatory and compliance matters.
Alexander has been recognised as an expert in private client matters in Luxembourg by Private Client Global Elite.
Alexander graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Higher School of Economics (Russia) and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Banking and Financial Law (University of Luxembourg). He also attended the Executive Education programme at Harvard Law School (USA).
Languages: English, French, Russian, knowledge of Luxembourgish.
