Olivier
Simard
Senior Associate
Olivier Simard is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. He specialises in legal and regulatory matters related to investment funds and management entities. He advises clients on the creation, structuring and operations of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS.
He has been a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
Olivier is a member of the Blockchain & Crypto Assets working group of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI).
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach in 2017, he worked in Paris for a private bank and management company, and for a renowned law firm.
Olivier holds a double Master’s in Business Law and Economics from the Université Paris-Nanterre (France) as well as a Master’s in Public Law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
