Senior Associate
Sophia Shen is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in Luxembourg corporate law, advising domestic and foreign clients, particularly from the private equity and real estate sectors, on the structuring of international transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and also on the reorganisation and setting-up of diverse company structures and joint ventures in Luxembourg.
Sophia teaches Corporate Law at the Luxembourg School for Commerce.
She is a Luxembourg-qualified lawyer, holding the title of Avocat à la Cour.
Sophia holds a Master’s in law (Master 2) from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), an LL.M. from the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (Germany) and an LL.M. from King’s College London (United Kingdom).
