Senior Associate, Head of Office

Allison Norie is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She became Head of the Paris office in January 2024.

She advises domestic and international clients on all legal and regulatory aspects linked to the formation and ongoing operations of regulated and unregulated investment funds, with a particular emphasis on complex, structured UCITS.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2019 and joined Arendt & Medernach in July 2017.

Allison holds a Master’s in Finance from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (France), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Luxembourg.

Languages: English, French.
