Thomas
Krück
Counsel
Dr. Thomas Krück is a Counsel in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He specialises in investment fund work and he advises clients mainly on the structuring, setup and organisation of alternative investment funds, but as well of UCITS and their respective management entities.
He has been a member of the Bar Association Karlsruhe (Germany) since 2015 and of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016.
Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, he worked at a German law firm and interned at the legal service of the European Parliament, as well as at the Court of Justice of the European Union .
Thomas studied in Heidelberg (Germany) and Geneva (Switzerland). He holds a German first (2008) and second (2011) state exam in law, as well as a doctor’s degree in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Heidelberg (2019).
Languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish.
