- Prior to joining Arendt & Medernach, Lara worked in a major international depositry bank in Luxembourg where she was in charge of depositary tasks for close-ended funds under AIFMD and assisting in the on-boarding of regulated and unregulated private equity, real estate, debt and other alternative funds.
- Lara also worked for several years as a lawyer for two firms in Milan where she provided assistance to clients in court proceedings, in all ordinary and special jurisdictions, in the field of Italian civil and procedural law. She also advised clients in matters of Italian corporate law.
