Tania Tossa is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises multinational companies, private equity funds and international clients on structuring cross-border transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with a focus on private equity transactions and corporate governance.
- Tania has a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Bristol (England), covering both civil and common law.
- She then obtained a Master’s in Business Law and Tax (DJCE) from the University of Bordeaux (France), with a specialisation in international litigation, and completed the Student Entrepreneur Diploma at Sorbonne University (France).
- Tania is a member of both the Paris and Luxembourg Bars.
- Before joining Arendt & Medernach, Tania worked at several law firms in France and the United States. She was also involved in a project focused on Africa, further broadening her experience working in international legal and business environments.
