Emeria, a European residential real estate services firm owned by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, and TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm has acquired FirstPort, a UK based residential property services company from Equistone.

With this transaction, Emeria expands into the UK and Scotland and becomes the world’s leading provider of real estate services.
