Sophie advises banks, insurance and reinsurance companies, and companies in several other industries on a wide range of matters relating to sustainability and environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations.
Her practice covers in particular matters relating to ESG regulatory obligations, sustainability disclosures, ESG risk management, diversity and corporate due diligence.
Sophie is the author of several articles on regulatory developments related to ESG and sustainability, notably for banks and insurance and reinsurance companies. She also delivers training sessions for banks on their ESG- and sustainability-related regulatory obligations.
