Cindy Vieira Marques is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
She advises international sponsors and asset managers on the structuring, setting-up and organisation of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a wide range of investment strategies, including infrastructure, debt, private equity and real estate funds. Moreover, Cindy advises on ongoing fund operations, fund governance and all related legal, corporate and regulatory compliance.
- In 2018, Cindy joined Arendt & Medernach and also became a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
- She has a Master’s in European Law and an LL.M. in European Banking and Financial Law, with a specialisation in European and Luxembourg investment funds law, from the University of Luxembourg.
