Catherine Rasseneur is a Partner at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting (ARC).
She specialises in UCITS and AIF cross-border distribution matters and is heading the distribution team of Arendt Regulatory & Consulting. Catherine assists selected international clients in defining the appropriate registration procedure to follow before marketing their funds.
- Catherine holds a master’s degree in Economy and Finance from the University of Nancy (France).
She started her career in 1992 and acquired extensive experience in the fund industry while working for Société Générale Bank & Trust for 5 years and Industrial Bank of Japan for nearly 4 years. Catherine then spent 12 years in Big Four Companies where she was in charge of the development of the fund cross-border distribution service before joining Arendt Regulatory & Consulting in 2012.
