Fraud Resilience: Forensic Prevention and Detection Strategies
About the training session
Introduction
Fraud is nothing but new, “old good schemes” still work quite well but in today’s complex business landscape, organisations face more sophisticated fraud threats. These can significantly impact their financial stability, reputation, and regulatory standing, and let’s not forget the cost of dealing with a fraud within the organisation
This training addresses the fraud challenges while providing practical tools for prevention, detection, and response.
The program is designed by forensic experts with extensive experience investigating major fraud cases across multiple sectors, at national level but also cross border as fraud rarely stays within frontiers.
Compliance and investigation experts are of different nature. Beyond compliance, this training equips board members, executives and professionals with actionable strategies to protect assets, maintain stakeholder trust, and fulfil their governance obligations under Luxembourg laws and regulations.
