About the training session
Objectives
This training is designed to offer participants a high-level and accessible overview of antitrust compliance under EU and Luxembourg competition law, with a strong focus on practical business implications rather than legal theory.
In a context of increased enforcement activity by the Luxembourg Competition Authority and growing alignment with EU standards, the programme aims to raise awareness of key competition law risks that can arise in everyday commercial and operational decisions.
Participants will develop practical awareness and sound reflexes to better identify risk situations, understand potential exposure at both corporate and management level, and know when and how to involve legal or compliance teams.
