Valentina d’Eufemia is a Counsel in the Private Equity & Real Estate, Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring & Insolvency practices of Arendt & Medernach.
She specialises in advising domestic and multinational companies as well as listed companies and private equity and real estate funds on the structuring and implementation of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and refinancing, with a focus on corporate governance and corporate finance.
She also advises companies in financial distress and investors in their capacity as shareholders or creditors of such companies in relation to cross-border reorganisations and insolvency proceedings.
