Sweco, through its Luxembourg-based engineering firm BETIC S.A, has acquired 100% of the shares in PROgroup and +ImpaKT. This strategic move strengthens Sweco’s position in sustainable construction by combining advanced engineering, project management, and circular economy expertise. The integration supports Sweco’s ambition to be involved across the entire building lifecycle—from early planning through long-term operation. It also expands Sweco’s capabilities in Luxembourg and paves the way for broader growth across European markets.
