Arendt & Medernach advised the Luxembourg start-up Salonkee on its EUR 28 million Series B financing round

Arendt & Medernach advised Salonkee, an online reservation website for beauty services, on its EUR 28 million Series B financing round as it continues penetrating the European market.
This new capital will enable Salonkee to innovate, extend and develop its range of management tools for hair and beauty salons throughout Europe.
The investment round was led by PeakSpan Capital, a growth equity firm based in New York City and Silicon Valley, with over EUR 1.5 billion under management. Existing investors Fortino Capital, Newion Partners, Expon Capital and LBAN all participated in the round.
Based in Luxembourg, Salonkee has 110 employees in Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands. By 2021, the start-up’s revenues had quadrupled to over EUR 2 million. These results have more than doubled in 2022.
