Our client Bain Capital, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, has completed in September 2025 its acquisition of Apleona, a leading European provider of integrated facility management (FM) based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt, from PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm. The investment was made by a consortium led by Bain Capital’s Private Equity team in Europe and will support Apleona’s continued growth and development into Europe’s leading integrated facility management group.
Apleona has an annual turnover of EUR 4 billion and employs more than 40,000 persons located in over 30 countries. It runs and manages real estate in all asset classes and offers development as well as fit-out services.
