Romain Scellier is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises multinationals, listed companies and major private equity funds on structuring international transactions, corporate finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as restructuring and refinancing issues with a particular focus on corporate governance and co-investment structures.
Romain is a French-qualified lawyer and a member of the Paris Bar and the Luxembourg Bar.
Prior joining Arendt & Medernach in 2019, Romain worked at several law firms in France and in the in-house legal departments of multinational companies in France and the United Arab Emirates.
Romain holds a Master’s and a Magistère diploma in corporate taxation and accounting from Aix-Marseille Université (France) and a Master’s in domestic and international litigation from Université Paris V Descartes (France).
