Arendt assisted Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, on the set-up and launch of Partners Group Private Equity, an ELTIF 2.0 compliant sub-fund of a Luxembourg domiciled private equity fund (the “Sub-Fund”) aimed at providing retail investors with access to private equity, an asset class which has traditionally only been available to professional investors.

The Sub-Fund joins a robust offering of ELTIFs launched by Partners Group, which has been a pioneer in this field.
