Victor Tesch is a senior associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach.
He advises fund sponsors on the structuring and lifecycle management of alternative investment funds pursuing a wide range of investment strategies, including private equity, private credit and real estate. He has developed particular expertise in regulated investment funds such as RAIFs, SIFs, SICARs, Part II UCIs and European long-term investment funds (ELTIFs).
His experience includes launching one of the largest private equity ELTIFs to date with total commitments of over EUR 500 million, assisting a private equity manager on becoming an authorised alternative investment fund manager in Luxembourg, setting up bespoke open-ended, semi-liquid fund structures and advising on EU fund regulation, notably AIFMD, MiFID II, ELTIF 2.0 and ESMA and CSSF guidance.
Victor also organises regular workshops on Luxembourg investment fund vehicles, in particular ELTIFs, RAIFs and Part II UCIs
- Victor holds a Master’s from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France).
- He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar and belongs to ALFI, the representative body of the Luxembourg fund industry.
