Arendt advised General Atlantic on the Luxembourg legal aspects of its acquisition of Actis, a leading investor in sustainable infrastructure, creating a diversified global investment platform with approximately $96 billion in combined assets under management (AUM).

Under the deal, Actis will become the sustainable infrastructure arm within General Atlantic’s global investment platform. 

Working alongside lead counsel Paul Weiss, the Arendt team advising General Atlantic was comprised of Adrian Aldinger, Alexander Olliges, Messaouda Benbouzid, Carlos Rodriguez, Evelina Vaisvilaité, Maria Savvidou and Malluk Gnabro.
