Arendt acted as lead counsel to Ufenau Capital Partners in connection with the successful fundraising of Ufenau Fund VIII, which closed at its hard cap of €2.1 billion.
Ufenau Fund VIII represents the largest fund raised by Ufenau to date, doubling the size of its predecessor’s flagship fund and was closed within a record timeframe of four months. The fund continues Ufenau’s established buy-and-build strategy, focusing on platform investments across the DACH region, Iberia, Benelux, Poland, and the UK.
This milestone underscores Arendt’s ongoing commitment to supporting its clients on large-scale fund formations and complex structuring mandates.
