Clara Veillon is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in alternative investment funds, with a focus on private equity, real estate and debt funds.
She advises on ongoing fund operations, fund formation and structuring, regulatory compliance and fund distribution for regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds pursuing a wide range of investment strategies.

Prior to joining Arendt, Clara worked for an investors’ services provider in Luxembourg.
