Our experts will discuss the following topics:
- Jean-Luc Putz (Partner, Business Crime) and Noemie Haller (Counsel, Business Crime) will provide in-depth insights on the criminal liability risks faced by directors in their mandates, highlighting key legal considerations and preventative measures.
- Emmanuelle Mousel (Partner, Insurance & Reinsurance; Banking & Financial Services) and Francis Kass (Partner, Investment Management) will examine recent developments in board diversity, emphasizing regulatory changes and practical steps for fostering more inclusive governance.
