Webinar Arendt Case Law Forum – Data protection

Information

11:00am - 12:00pm

Online session

Arendt is pleased to invite you to the sixth webinar of the Arendt Case Law Forum

The webinar will be held on Thursday 16 December, from 12pm to 1pm.

As you are aware, the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (the “CNPD”), has recently attracted attention after imposing the largest GDPR fine on record to Amazon.com, Inc.

In addition to a great deal of work on drafting procedures and recommendations, the CNPD has also published numerous decisions on its website, making data protection a hot topic in Luxembourg this year.

With this context in mind, the members of our IP, Communication & Technology team, Astrid WagnerFaustine Cachera and Eloïse Patocki-Tomas, will present and comment on recent decisions related to data protection and will underline the rules of procedure applicable within the CNPD.

If you would like to access the recording or if you have any questions, please contact our Events Team (events@arendt.com).
