Arendt’s Corporate Governance Centre (corpgov@arendt.com) is pleased to invite you to its 2026 event on the current trends, challenges and opportunities observed in corporate governance matters, with the cooperation and active support of ILA, the Luxembourg Institute of Governance.
Our experts will discuss the following topics:
- Fouzia Benyahia, Carl de La Chapelle , Vincent Mahler and Carsten Opitz will discuss ongoing transitions affecting both asset managers and family offices, focusing on consolidation trends and their impact on corporate governance, with particular attention to the challenges and strategic considerations these transitions entail
- Yann Fihey, Astrid Wagner and Faustine Cachera will provide insights into the impact of artificial intelligence and the AI Act on corporate governance, examining emerging risks, regulatory expectations and how boards can effectively adapt to this evolving landscape
- François Warken, Antonella Graziano, Fabrice Huberty and John Li, former Managing Partner of KPMG and INED board member, will discuss board diversity, exploring current challenges and opportunities and sharing perspectives on how organisations can approach diversity considerations at governance level
