We are pleased to invite you to the next Arendt Case Law Forum. This seminar will take place in the auditorium of Arendt House on Wednesday 24 April 2024 at 12:00 on the following subject: Unveiling the CJEU’s latest insights on data protection law.

As the data protection landscape continues to evolve and impact every aspect of the business world, it is crucial to keep abreast of the latest rulings from the Court of Justice of the European Union (the “CJEU”) for their guidance on how the GDPR and EU data protection laws should be interpreted and applied.

The CJEU has recently ruled on a wide range of important topics, including data subjects’ access requests (DSAR), the right to compensation, the storage of information taken from public registers and automated individual decisions.

In such context, our experts of the IP, Communication & Technology team, Astrid WagnerFaustine CacheraJulien PétréSophie CalmesInes Nibakuze and Sofia Franzina will present and comment on a few decisions of the CJEU relating to such topics, while highlighting their practical impact on companies subject to the GDPR.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Events team (events@arendt.com).
