Arendt Case Law Forum – ESG Litigation Trends across Industries: Luxembourg Perspectives

Arendt is pleased to invite you to the next Arendt Case Law Forum dedicated to ESG litigation trends.

Climate risk remains at the core of ESG litigation, but claims are increasingly also reaching banks, asset managers, and insurers through their financing and stewardship decisions. The Forum will look at the areas of greatest exposure for Luxembourg-based companies and financial institutions over the next three to five years, from CSRD-linked disclosure and greenwashing claims to supply chain due diligence and regulatory investigations and director liability. During this seminar, we will learn from recent EU case law and reflect on how this could impact Luxembourg players.
